The first is organic. Quality of service drives retention, retention builds reputation, and reputation opens doors. Every engineer we put on site, every reactive call we handle and every customer relationship we invest in is the foundation that everything else is built on. Organic growth is not a fallback – it is the proof of concept that makes the wider strategy credible.
The second is acquisitive. We actively seek businesses in HVAC, passive fire, mechanical, and adjacent sectors that share our standards and our ethos. Strategic acquisitions allow us to build service density in existing geographies, extend our national footprint, and give customers with complex or multi-site estates a more complete solution.
What we’ve done
In early 2024 we acquired Accurate Cooling Services, a business that aligned with our values and complemented our existing capabilities. Accurate Cooling has since been fully integrated into CoSourced – same standards, same systems, one team. That integration process has sharpened our thinking on how to acquire well, move quickly, and protect what makes a business worth buying in the first place.
