CoSourced Group is a nationwide specialist HVAC and building services contractor, providing air conditioning, chillers, mechanical, boiler and pump, ventilation, and fire & smoke services. We work as a trusted extension of facilities management teams, providing the specialist engineering expertise needed to keep buildings operating safely and efficiently.

Founded in 2017, CoSourced has grown into a nationwide team of more than 80 engineers and support staff. This gives our customers the responsive support of a specialist contractor, combined with the consistency and engineering capability needed across large and multi-site estates.

Today, CoSourced supports some of the UK’s most recognisable sites, including 200 serviced office contracts, 300 care homes, NHS Trusts and more than 50 shopping centres across the UK. We also partner with some of the largest names in facilities management, with a clear ambition to build one of the most highly skilled engineering workforces in the industry. We call this approach ‘CoSourcing’.
