Sean Fosten
Divisional Managing Director
With a strong foundation in engineering, Sean Fosten began his career at the age of 18. His technical expertise quickly evolved into a passion for management, allowing him to develop a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of the business. Over the years, Sean’s dedication and leadership skills have propelled him to director-level roles, where he continues to drive innovation and operational excellence within the industry.
Adam Jewell
Group Finance Director
ACA qualified and KPMG trained, Adam brings finance leadership experience across facilities management and technical building services, including senior roles at FM and building services group Andwis.
At CoSourced, Adam operates as a hands-on finance director with a clear focus on building the systems and infrastructure that allow an acquisitive business to scale without losing control. His work spans M&A execution, post-acquisition integration, and the financial disciplines that drive value creation – from management reporting frameworks through to lender relationships and deal structuring support.
Lee Cartmer
Group Managing Director
An engineer by background, Lee has built his career across some of the UK’s leading facilities and building services businesses, including Space Engineering, Arcus, and ABM, progressing through management and leadership roles before moving into regional MD positions.
Most recently, Lee served as Regional Managing Director at EA-RS, where he led growth and transformation initiatives and played an active role in supporting their buy-and-build strategy. He joined CoSourced in November 2025 and has since been driving meaningful improvements across service efficiency, health and safety, and customer experience.
